Job summary

Jackson Hewitt is seeking an Experienced Seasonal Tax Preparer to join our team for the upcoming tax season. You will prepare federal and state tax returns, identify deductions, and deliver excellent customer service using our tax software.

We offer flexible scheduling, performance-based bonuses, and employer discounts, with potential for ongoing opportunities. Valid PTIN required; prior tax preparation experience preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one season of professional tax preparation experience; two or more preferred.
• Knowledge of individual federal and state income tax returns.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid IRS PTIN. We can assist with the application or renewal process.
