Job summary

Jackson Hewitt in Navarre, FL is seeking an Experienced Seasonal Tax Preparer to help clients during tax season. You will conduct client interviews, prepare federal and state returns using our proprietary software, and identify deductions while delivering exceptional service.

What We're Looking For

• Tax Preparation Experience: At least one season of professional tax preparation experience required; two or more seasons preferred.
• Tax Knowledge: Familiarity with federal and state individual income tax returns, tax deductions, credits, and filing requirements.
• Customer Service: A commitment to delivering outstanding service and building strong client relationships.
• Communication Skills: Ability to explain tax information clearly and professionally.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
