Jackson Hewitt - FGJ in Wisconsin is hiring experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal opportunity. You will apply your tax knowledge to prepare returns and deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a signing bonus of $150, a performance-based bonus, flexible schedules, and opportunities for advancement. Full-time and part-time roles are available with training and development.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service while connecting with clients in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, trusts, and partnerships.
• Assist clients with tax questions and filing processes in a timely manner.
