Jackson Hewitt - DAY in Van Wert, Ohio, is seeking Experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal role offering flexible schedules and the chance to leverage tax expertise in a fast-paced environment.

You will deliver exceptional client service while preparing returns for individuals, trusts, and partnerships, with access to training, advancement opportunities, and a $150 sign-on bonus. The position includes Earned Wage Access, health benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tax rules.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service in a seasonal setting.
• Prepare and file individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding tax questions and timelines.
