Jackson Hewitt - DAY is seeking experienced tax preparers for a seasonal role in Ohio. Join a fast-paced team to prepare individual, trust, and partnership returns with emphasis on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service while preparing and reviewing tax returns.
• Assist clients in person or remotely with tax-related questions and filing.
• Maintain accuracy and comply with tax laws in a fast-paced environment.
