Job summary

Jackson Hewitt in Great Falls, MT is seeking Tax Pros to prepare and optimize returns in a live, client-facing environment. You’ll earn through base hourly rate plus seasonal bonuses, with a truly flexible schedule for part-time or full-time roles.

You'll work directly with clients, apply tax knowledge, and maintain accuracy while leveraging training resources and support. The role emphasizes in-person collaboration and continued professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ seasons preparing individual, trust, or partnership returns in a professional setting.
• Drive: Passion for delivering standout client service and optimizing tax returns.
• Skills: Solid interpersonal communication and basic tech literacy.
• Background: Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, retail, or client service is preferred.
