Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. in Minot, ND is seeking Tax Pros with at least one season of tax preparation experience to join our high-energy, in-person team.

Earn $16.50–$20.50 per hour with a performance-based bonus, free tax education, and flexible scheduling that fits your life. You’ll work directly with clients, prepare returns for individuals, trusts or partnerships, and receive ongoing training and mentorship.

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience: 1+ seasons preparing individual, trust, or partnership returns in a professional setting.
• Drive: Passion for delivering standout client service and optimizing tax returns.
• Skills: Solid interpersonal communication and basic tech literacy.
• Background: Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, retail, or client service is preferred.
