Job summary

Jackson Hewitt is seeking seasonal Tax Pros in our Bismarck, ND office to prepare individual, trust, or partnership returns and deliver excellent client service in a fast-paced setting.

You set your schedule with both part-time and full-time options, receive on-the-job training, ongoing education, and potential bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 season of tax prep experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic tech literacy (MS Office, tax software).
• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, retail, or client service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns for individuals, trusts, or partnerships.

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience: 1+ seasons preparing individual, trust, or partnership returns in a professional setting.
• Drive: Passion for delivering standout client service and optimizing tax returns.
• Skills: Solid interpersonal communication and basic tech literacy.
• Background: Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, retail, or client service is preferred.

Compensation: $16.50 - $20.50 per hour
