Jackson Hewitt is seeking a tax preparer to join a high-energy local office. If you have at least one season of tax prep, we want to help you scale your expertise, work a schedule you control, and unlock performance-based bonuses.

You’ll work directly with clients in a fast-paced, in-person setting. We offer flexible scheduling (part-time and full-time), training and development, advancement opportunities, and free personal tax preparation to keep your skills sharp.

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience: 1+ seasons preparing individual, trust, or partnership returns in a professional setting.
• Drive: Passion for delivering standout client service and optimizing tax returns.
• Skills: Solid interpersonal communication and basic tech literacy.
• Background: Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, retail, or client service is preferred.
