The role emphasizes strong guest service and integrity at the table. Candidates should be 21+, have a HS diploma or GED, at least 6 months of dealing experience (Blackjack and Roulette and/or Craps), pass an audition, and speak English

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a positive, entertaining experience for guests and team members.
• Open game at assigned table, count contents, verify with closing list, inspect cards or dice, and sign off with supervisor.
• Deal games, pay out winnings, exchange currency for chips, and inform guests of game rules.
• Change over deck of cards or dice; inspect and mix cards.
• Verify bank rolls with supervisor and Security personnel.
• Ensure protection and integrity of games; monitor betting for compliance with rules and minimums.
• Close game; balance rack and count chips; sign off with supervisor.
• Assist guests with questions regarding casino activities or refer to appropriate personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ensures protection of game; maintains continuous inspection of cards or dice; ensures betting in compliance with game rules and minimums set.
• Closes game; sorts cards, balances rack, counts chips, and signs off with the supervisor.
• Maintains the honesty and integrity of assigned games, controlling pace.
• Assists guest with questions regarding casino activities or refers to appropriate personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months of casino dealing experience is required. Must have Blackjack and Roulette and/or Craps.
• Must be able to pass an Audition.
• Must understand and speak the English language.
• Must have excellent guest service skills.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, and crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee requires manual dexterity to operate all necessary equipment.
