Job summary

Hollywood Casino St. Louis is seeking individuals to join our table-game dealing team. You will provide accurate dealing across multiple games, follow procedures, and ensure a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants must have casino dealing experience and be able to pass a math test and audition. Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have casino dealing experience.
• Six months of experience in customer service preferred.
• Must be able to pass a basic math test and an audition demonstrating dealing skills.
• Must be able to perform quick and accurate mathematical computations for bets.
• Must possess good manual dexterity for handling chips, cards, and money.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate dealing at assigned table games (Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Poker, Baccarat).
• Follow game procedures and company policies; maintain table integrity.
• Deal promptly, courteously, and accurately at assigned tables.
• Perform chip and cash transactions, manage wagers and payouts.
• Maintain game security and protect company assets at all times.
• Assist customers in understanding rules and ensure policy compliance.

• Provides prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing at assigned table(s).
• Adheres to all company and departmental policies and procedures and state regulations as relates to this position.
• Performs accurate chip and cash transactions.
• Receives wagers from customers and pays the appropriate game outcomes.
• Maintains game security and protects company assets at all times.
• Assists customers in understanding the rules and ensures adherence to established policies and procedures.Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with departmental and company standards and programs.

• Applicants must have previous casino dealing experience.
• Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• Six months of experience in customer service field preferred
• Must be able to successfully complete a basic math test and pass an Audition displaying adequate dealing skills.
• Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets.
• Must possess good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards, and money.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers and guests in fast-paced environment.
• Good oral and written communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and mobility to move easily around pit area as well as entire property for entire shift.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
