Job summary

Hollywood Casino St. Louis is seeking dealers to provide accurate and efficient dealing at assigned table games in a high-energy, customer-focused environment.

The role requires following standard game procedures, handling wagers, and maintaining game security. Starting at $24.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a dynamic entertainment company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be fluent and literate in English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Maintains high energy and proactive approach to issues.
• Ability to work with team members at all levels.
• Able to perform basic math for payoffs.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and efficient dealing at assigned table game.
• Follow game procedures for Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Poker, Baccarat, and variations.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing at assigned tables.
• Adhere to company and departmental policies and state regulations.
• Perform accurate chip and cash transactions.
• Receive wagers and pay out game outcomes.
• Maintain game security and protect company assets.
