Job summary

Randstad USA is expanding and seeks an experienced staff accountant to support administrative and accounting duties for the team. The role requires proven accounting experience and proficiency in AR, AP, journal entries, invoices, expenses and monthly close with cross-training responsibilities.

A degree is preferred and compensation ranges with experience. Salary is $55,000–$65,000 per year with great benefits and a structured first shift from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; two years of experience minimum.
• Experience with AR, AP, journal entries, and monthly close processes.
• Proficient in Excel and financial software; able to cross-train teammates.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and accounting duties to the team.
• Proficient in AR, AP, journal entries, invoices and expenses processing.
• Assist with monthly close and cross-training of accounting staff.
