Job summary

Bliss Speech & Hearing Services in the Dallas area seeks experienced pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists to join a collaborative, growth-minded team. The role emphasizes clinical quality, flexibility with accountability, and a family-centered approach to therapy with strong clinician support.

Ideal candidates are Texas-licensed SLPs with at least 2 years of pediatric experience, capable of evaluations, treatment planning, and collaborating with families and an interdisciplinary team.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct pediatric speech and language evaluations

• Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas

• Minimum 2 years pediatric experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Experience with a variety of speech/language disorders and age ranges

• Organized, collaborative, and family-centered

• Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team

Preference may be given to clinicians comfortable with evaluations and case management.

Experience or interest in any of the following is a plus:

• Feeding therapy

• Myofunctional therapy

• Auditory verbal therapy

• Voice therapy

• Bilingual therapy
