Job summary

ProScapes is seeking experienced operators to manage commercial snow routes in the Twin Cities area, including parking lots, loading docks, HOAs, and business properties. The role offers hourly pay ranging from $32 to $45 based on experience, with overtime during extended events.

Plow trucks, skid steers, and wheel loaders with pushers are used. We provide organized routes, well-maintained equipment, and potential year-round work in landscaping, lawn care, or irrigation if you want it.

Qualifications

• Safe, clean plowing that protects curbs, turf, and property.
• Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip equipment checks.
• Good communication with your supervisor about site conditions or problems.
• Showing up when called and finishing your route.
