Job summary

ProScapes MN seeks dependable Snow Plow Operators for winter 2026–27 in the Twin Cities area. Duties include operating plow trucks, skid steers, or loaders to clear commercial and residential lots, spreading salt on routes, and following maps for efficient service.

To qualify, you must have a valid driver’s license and be able to commute to the Eagan shop, with willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

ProScapes is hiring Snow Plow Operators for winter 2026–27. We’ve served the Twin Cities since 1958, and we need dependable people for our commercial and residential routes.

Pay: $32–$45 per hour, depending on experience, plus overtime during big storms.

What you’ll do: Run plow trucks, skid steers, or loaders. Clear parking lots and drive lanes. Spread salt. Follow a set route with clear site maps.

What you need:

• A valid driver’s license and a reliable way to get to our Eagan shop.
• The ability to come in when it snows, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Some equipment or plowing experience is a plus. We’ll train the right person.
