Pape' Material Handling, a premier capital equipment dealer in the West, seeks a skilled Shop Technician to join our Fremont, CA team. You will diagnose, repair, and service all makes/models of material handling and construction equipment in a shop setting, with welding/fabrication as needed to complete complex repairs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years diagnosing and repairing equipment, preferably in material handling.
• Basic computer knowledge is needed.
• Must provide own tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Perform repairs or component replacements; may involve rebuilding complex systems.
• Welding and fabrication may be required for certain repairs.
• Work in a fully equipped shop to maximize uptime for customers.
