Job summary

Bonfiglioli USA is seeking a dependable Shipping Associate for 1st shift in Hebron, KY. You will prepare, pack, label, and ship customer orders on schedule, verify quantities and shipping details, and maintain a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, basic math and computer skills, ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule with occasional overtime. We offer benefits including 401(k) matching and health coverage.

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, manufacturing, or material-handling experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn how to safely operate various material-handling equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, listen, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime based on business needs.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, pack, label, and ship customer orders accurately and on schedule.
• Verify products, quantities, destinations, shipping methods, and other order requirements.
• Load and secure freight safely and accurately.
• Complete shipping documentation and Advance Shipping Notices (ASN) as required.
• Follow Standard Work Instructions and established quality procedures.
• Operate material-handling equipment safely after appropriate training.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Properly handle, store, and dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly5S activities.
• Work closely with team members and department leadership to meet shipping goals and customer delivery requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Shipping Lead or Department Manager.
