Rusty Rail Brewing in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced brewer to join our small, close-knit production team. You will brew all beers on our 15BBL system and uphold high quality with meticulous sanitation and consistency.

Qualifications

• Experience brewing on a 15BBL system.
• Strong commitment to quality.
• Able to work in a small, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize equipment.
• Perform brewhouse operations on 15BBL system.
• Wort production.
• CIP tanks and equipment.
• Assist cellar duties that can include
• Dry hop tanks.
• Carbonate beer.
• All cellar work to be completed with an eye towards low DO.
• Work with and report any mechanical issues to the maintenance manager and/or supervisor
• Help organize and maintain ingredients and raw materials
• Perform other jobs in the brewery as needed
