As a Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding service to our customers, acting as the liaison between the Service Technicians and customers. Your role involves explaining necessary repairs, routine maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
  • Greet customers promptly and courteously.
  • Listen to customer needs and communicate repair requirements to technicians.
  • Inform customers about recommended maintenance.
  • Provide accurate repair and maintenance estimates.
  • Follow policies on vehicle care and operation.
  • Keep customers informed about repair progress.
  • Manage extended service contracts.
  • Inspect repair quality and ensure completeness.
  • Notify customers when vehicles are ready.
  • Explain repairs and costs to customers.
  • Address minor customer concerns and complaints.
  • Keep the Service Manager informed of issues.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
Job Qualifications
  • Dealership experience is a plus.
  • Bi-lingual skills are highly advantageous.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus.
