Cedar Creek Motorsports, Wisconsin's powersports leader near Milwaukee, is seeking an experienced, energetic service sales person for our fast-paced, family-owned dealership. We operate a 45,000 sq. ft. modern facility and serve 35,000+ loyal customers with top-tier product knowledge.

Join our award-winning team and help customers with service needs, explain costs and timelines, and enhance the ownership experience across motorcycles, ATVs, SxS, snowmobiles and PWCs.

Responsibilities

• Assist service department in maintaining a smooth operation with a high level of customer service
• Diagnose mechanical problems accurately and relay information to customers
• Communicate estimated costs and completion times
• Open/close repair orders and perform cashier duties as needed
• Run VIN numbers for warranty work on manufacturer sites
• Identify additional service needs and upsell where appropriate
• Guide customers around their new purchase and introduce service options

Looking for an experienced, energetic, service sales person to join our fast paced dealership!

RESPONSIBILITIES

DAILY OPERATIONS

• Assist service department in maintaininga smooth and efficientdepartment with a high degree of customer service
• Diagnose mechanical problems accuratelyand clearly relay information to customer
• Clearly communicate to customer and estimated cost and set expectationsof completion times
• Accuratelylook up parts for repair orders to build estimates
• Open and close repair orders and perform cashier duties as needed to check customer out
• Run VIN numbers for outstanding warranty repair work on manufacture websites
• Open and close warranty repair orders
• Follow procedures for quick and efficient handling of repair orders customer and internal
• Become efficient with all phases of the service process
• Walk customer around their new purchase and introduce them to the service dept and what we have to offer to make the buying experienceenjoyable

• Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customer
• Greet all customers in a courteous and friendly manner
• Handle telephone and over-the-countertransactions quickly and courteously
