Job summary

Williams Auto Group in Sayre, PA is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to lead customer interactions between clients and our Service Department.

The role focuses on greeting customers, accurately documenting vehicle issues, preparing repair orders, and communicating progress throughout the service lifecycle in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or Automotive experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and dealership software systems.
• ASE Certifications or Manufacturer Training preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with automotive service needs.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
• Prepare repair orders, estimates, and service recommendations.
• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process via phone, text, and email.
• Coordinate with technicians and service department staff regarding repairs and timelines.
• Schedule service appointments and maintain customer follow-up.
• Recommend additional maintenance and automotive services when appropriate.
• Explain completed repairs, charges, and maintenance recommendations to customers.
• Utilize dealership software and mobile technology for customer communication and repair tracking.
• Maintain accurate records while following federal and state regulations.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service experience.
• Support dealership operations and complete additional tasks as assigned.
