Job summary

Williams Ford of Sayre, Sayre, PA, is seeking a Service Support Associate to help keep dealership operations running smoothly while delivering excellent customer service. Competitive pay based on experience.

This automotive position supports the Service and Sales teams, assists with vehicle transport, and ensures the lot and service areas are organized and presentable. A valid driver's license is required, with a fast-paced environment and teamwork emphasized.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of vehicles.
• Move and organize vehicles around lot and service areas.
• Assist the Service Department with vehicle transport and customer support.
• Greet customers on the service drive and direct them to the appropriate area.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, safety items, and overall presentation.
• Install stock tags and buyer guides on vehicles.
• Drive vehicles safely on and off Dealership property.
• Keep work areas, lots, and service lanes clean and organized.
• Support Automotive Sales and Service teams with daily operational tasks.
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by management
