As a server you will provide courteous, prompt service, know the menu and beverages, and enter orders accurately into Breadcrumb POS while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining room. The role requires a minimum one year of high-volume restaurant experience, strong customer service skills, and a flexible schedule; TABC

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year serving experience in a high-volume restaurant operation.
• Excellent customer service, cash handling, service recovery and problem-solving skills.
• Must hold current TABC certification to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, prompt service to our guests.
• Adhere to Sadie's Steps of Service.
• Enter guest orders accurately into Breadcrumb (POS system).
• Full knowledge of menu and beverage offerings.
• Personalize the guest experience and suggest options.
• Communicate dietary requests to culinary staff.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Maintain a clean, presentable work environment.
• Maintain a positive, outgoing demeanor during service.
• Be safety conscious to promote guest and staff safety at all times.
• Adhere to company policy and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
