Sonesta International Hotels in Nashville is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional guest service across hotel dining venues. You will set up, service, and break down dining areas while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely service.

The role requires full-time availability, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Prior server experience in a full-service setting is preferred, with TIPS and food handler certifications noted

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge guests promptly and professionally.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the food and beverage menu.
• Serve and check food orders for accuracy and temperature; replenish as needed.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash/credit transactions per policy.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas and stations.
• Complete closing duties and reports as assigned.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and grooming standards.
