Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Server; hospitality certification/education is a plus.
• Lunch and Brunch availability or preference.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a smooth, cooperative environment.
• Embrace a collaborative team approach to fulfill the team mission and guest needs.
• Emotional intelligence and energy management in a dynamic setting.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with warmth and professionalism from arrival.
• Guide guests through menus; answer questions about ingredients and accommodations.
• Tailor recommendations to each table for personalized dining experiences.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive, polished service.
• Build product knowledge to elevate the guest experience with thoughtful pairings.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work to keep a ready dining room.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings, tastings, and ongoing education.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture through effective communication.
