Job description

We are a Michelin Guide Award Winning upscale restaurant looking for an experienced Server to join our team. This position requires holiday, weekend and evening shifts. You will help create exceptional experiences for our customers by taking and serving food and drink orders and resolving issues.

We seek a passion for food and dining, a natural people person with eye for detail, who will go above and beyond to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Table service: taking food orders, facilitating wine service (decanting, etc.), anticipate guests’ needs.
• Check with customers to ensure enjoyment and address any problems.
• Maintain working knowledge of menu items, promotions, ingredients, prep time.
• Communicate orders to kitchen staff.
• Collect payments and provide change courteously and timely.
• Collaborate with fellow service staff to ensure a positive experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience, 3‑5 years serving.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for prolonged periods.
