Responsibilities

• Greeting members and guests and providing exceptional dining experience


• Having extensive menu knowledge


• Being a resource of knowledge about our wines and spirited drinks


• Ensure excellent and prompt food service to members and guests


• Assist with special events or services as needed


• Set up and breakdown banquet/meeting space with tables and chairs, table condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, etc.), linens, place settings, center pieces, and all other event provisions


• Performs any other duties deemed necessary by supervisor and professional staff

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant preferred, but not required


• Ability to operate or learn to operate a point-of-sale system
