Job summary

Park Avenue Club in Florham Park, NJ is seeking an experienced sauté cook to lead the sauté station during à la carte dinner service.

You must have recent experience running sauté independently; fine dining experience is strongly preferred, with the ability to execute dishes consistently and without relying on a prepped list. Compensation is hourly and discussed individually. Benefits are available after the waiting period.

Job description

The schedule is Tuesday–Saturday, starting at 1:00 or 2:00 PM through closing, generally around 9:00–9:30 PM.
