Fire Protection Services, LLC is looking for a highly motivated Sales Support Specialist to work alongside and support our high-performing Sales Team.

This is not a position where you simply wait for the phone to ring.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone every day, making outbound calls to prospects, creating new opportunities, and strategically setting quality appointments for one of our Outside Sales Representative. You should enjoy the challenge of getting past gatekeepers, working through objections, finding creative ways to connect with decision-makers, and figuring out the next best move when the first approach doesn't work.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Outside Sales Rep. to keep opportunities moving, build relationships, and help grow our customer base.

Job Description:

• Make 35+ consistent daily outbound calls to prospects and potential customers to generate sales opportunities.

• Strategically schedule qualified appointments for Outside Sales Representatives and help maximize their time in the field.

• Research prospects, identify decision-makers, and develop creative approaches for getting conversations started.

• Work through gatekeepers, objections, and other barriers instead of allowing them to stop the sales process.

• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to build relationships and keep FPS top of mind.

• Build and manage daily prospecting and lead lists while identifying new opportunities for the Sales Team.

• Maintain accurate customer, prospect, activity, and opportunity information within our sales database/CRM.

• Collaborate with Outside Sales Representatives to determine where additional prospecting, follow-up, or support is needed.

• Assist with customer visits and provide additional sales support as needed.
