A dynamic automotive dealership in Tucson is seeking an Experienced Sales Consultant to convert visitors into loyal customers. You will greet clients, perform vehicle demonstrations, and assist with the sales process. Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, alongside customer service skills. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role is required.
• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred.
• Strong computer skills including typing and navigating CRMs.
• Confident, persistent and persuasive; comfortable with negotiations.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Convert visitors into customers by greeting them promptly and understanding their needs.
• Perform vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and technology.
• Facilitate the sales process, including test drives and paperwork.
• Deliver sold vehicles to customers and educate them on basic vehicle features such as navigation, key fobs, pairing phones and other accessories, etc.
• Preserve customer relationships by following up after purchase to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat or referral business.

Desired Qualifications And Experience

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred.
