Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of inspection/continuing education experience.
• Must be a member of ASHI, InterNACHI, or ICC associations.
• Must have experience in home inspection report writing (2+ years required).

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential and/or commercial properties according to standards.
• Operate as an Independent Contractor and schedule inspections.
• Grow your book of business independently.
