Experienced Home Inspector – NE and SE Metro Counties

Position available in metro Atlanta, North Georgia, and surrounding areas. On-call residential and/or commercial property inspections as needed.

Pay

Base pay range: $25,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Locations

Coverage for NE Metro Counties (Jasper, Dawson, Hall, Jackson, Gwinnett, Barrow, Walton) and SE of Atlanta (Dekalb, Conyers, Newton, Rockdale, Clayton, Henry, Griffin, Fayette)

Flexible scheduling based on the inspector’s available times; on-call during weekdays and possibly weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential and/or commercial properties according to ASHI and/or InterNACHI standards.
• Operate as an Independent Contractor; take inspection orders as they come in and schedule yourself (YOU provide availability).
• Minimum of 2 years of inspection/continuing education experience.
• Must be a member of ASHI, InterNACHI, and/or ICC associations.
