Job summary

MedStar Harbor Hospital in Baltimore, MD, seeks an experienced Clinical Nurse for a Level III NICU to care for premature and complex newborns in a highly specialized setting.

You will collaborate with neonatologists, APNs, respiratory therapists and the neonatal team to deliver evidence-based, family-centered care. ADN/BSN/MSN/CNL and MD RN license with BLS are required; relocation and tuition assistance available.

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN is required (BLS).
• Prior clinical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

MedStar Harbor Hospital is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to join our Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Our Level III NICU delivers comprehensive care for high-risk infants requiring advanced respiratory support, complex medication management, and continuous monitoring. As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering evidence-based, family-centered care while collaborating with neonatologists, advanced practice providers, respiratory therapists, and an interdisciplinary neonatal team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated through collaboration with other members of the nursing team.

Qualifications

This position has a hiring range of USD $36.50 - USD $60.34 /Hr.
