MedStar Harbor Hospital is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to join our Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This role provides advanced, family-centered care to premature and medically complex newborns in a highly specialized environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in MD or compact state with BLS required.
• Prior clinical nursing experience preferred.
• ADN/BSN/MSN/CNL from an accredited school required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs from routine to complex.
• Assess evolving patient conditions, identify concerns, and develop care plans with the nursing team.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists and an interdisciplinary NICU team.
