Medical Associates of Northwest Arkansas (MANA) is seeking a Medical Assistant at MANA Family Medicine HarBer to support physicians in exams and procedures, manage patient flow, and maintain accurate charts.
Responsibilities include assisting with setups, coordinating lab orders, ensuring timely EMR entries, communicating with pharmacies, and coordinating hospital notifications to ensure efficient care.
The RMA is responsible for providing direct or indirect care to patients who present with urgent, emergent, or potential health problems; utilizes knowledge of basic Medical Assistant principals, practices and ethics; participates in the organization and management of the physician's practice.
