MANA Family Medicine in Northwest Arkansas is seeking a friendly, organized Receptionist to support daily patient encounters, schedule appointments, and manage front-desk activities. The role requires accurate information handling and courteous patient interaction in a busy clinic environment.
You will verify patient details, answer calls, relay messages, collect copays, balance cash, and assist with related duties to ensure smooth clinic operations and positive patient experiences.
The Receptionist performs various procedures associated with routine patient encounters, maintains positive relationships with patients, family members, visitors and fellow employees. Receptionist makes appointments for patients and maintains accurate and orderly schedules for physicians.
