PDS Health in Conroe, TX is seeking an Experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join our on-site team. As a patient- and clinician-focused advocate, you will support the dentist during procedures and help maintain a welcoming, efficient office.

You’ll work with modern dental technology, gain opportunities to learn, and contribute to high-quality care and patient satisfaction in a supportive community practice.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) is implied by the role title.
• Ability to assist the dentist and maintain a clean, sterile environment.
• Familiarity with x-rays and intra-oral photography as appropriate.

Responsabilités

• Assisting the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where patients feel comfortable and follow the dentist’s direction, complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients as appropriate.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with ADA guidelines while complying with state, federal and other regulations.

The Opportunity As both a patient and clinician advocate, you are a fundamental part of the Perfect Patient Experience.

As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• You will also maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where your patients feel comfortable and at the direction of the dentist, complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients as appropriate.
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with the American Dental Association guidelines while maintaining strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, HR policies and practices)

Salary Information

$18.50-$25.75 / Hourly
