Behavioral Health Works is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children with ASD. You will help teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills, while tracking progress and maintaining strong family collaboration.

The role offers part-time hours, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for growth with a company that values hands-on impact and flexible scheduling. A valid RBT or related experience is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Provide in-home & community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Must meet minimum availability and driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Stay active during therapy sessions and engage with children.
• Implement behavior support plans and ensure client safety.
• Travel between client locations and complete documentation.
