Job summary

Allied Electric Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated ranch hand to work full-time in Georgetown, TX. The role requires independence, reliability, and hands-on experience with ranch tasks such as fencing, tractor operation, cattle handling, irrigation, and landscaping.

Compensation is $16.00–$20.00 per hour with a standard Monday–Friday schedule and in-person work. Benefits include multiple insurance options and a 401(k) plan. Housing is not provided.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with ranch work and be a self-starter.
• Valid driver license and ability to pass criminal background check.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Experience operating tractor equipment, fencing, irrigation, landscaping, and related ranch duties.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of daily ranch operations including barb wire fence, cattle handling, irrigation, landscaping, and pressure washing.
• Operate tractor equipment and basic mechanical tasks; welds or additional skills are a plus.
• Maintain a tidy, safe work site and complete tasks in a reliable, independent manner.

Seeking a motivated, dependable all‑around ranch hand. This role requires someone who is a self‑starter, able to work independently, and comfortable handling a wide range of daily ranch operations. Must be a reliable person experienced with ranch work, including barb wire fence, operating tractor equipment, handling cattle, landscaping work, irrigation work, pressure washing, etc. Any additional skillsets such as welding are a plus. The position will be full time. Housing not available.
