Job summary

George's Inc. is seeking a Ranch Hand to support our cattle operation in Springdale, AR. This role focuses on tractor and skidsteer operation, fence building and repair, and land and facility maintenance.

When needed, you will assist with cattle care from the cattle crew, helping with feeding, hauling, and moving stock as part of a hands-on farming team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 3+ years of work experience preferred.
• Able to pass background check and driving record check.
• Experience with equipment operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Land and Facility Maintenance: Building and repairing fences, brush-hogging, mowing and weed-eating, basic facility upkeep.
• Hay Production: Operation of tractors, skidsteers, sprayers and other implements, basic equipment maintenance.
• Cattle Production: Feeding, hauling, gathering/sorting/shipping as needed.

SUMMARY

The Ranch Hand will assist in all aspects of work in the George’s cattle operation. This role will primarily focus on tractor and skidsteer operation, fence building/repair and land and facility maintenance. Supplementally, this role will assist with cattle care when needed from the cattle crew.
