Job summary

The Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper to support ranch operations in Irving, Texas. You will perform daily grounds maintenance, operate equipment, and follow the Ranch Manager's directions to keep the property clean and safe.

Responsibilities include mowing, hedging, weed control, pressure washing, and assisting with horse care as needed. The role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to work unsupervised when required.

Qualifications

• Valid/current driver's license is required.
• Knowledge of maintenance and care of groundskeeping equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks as directed by Ranch Manager.

Job description

This position reports to, and is under, the direction of the TBN Ranch Manager. Candidate must work well unsupervised as well as with other maintenance team members, follow directions well, ability to limit phone use to lunch/breaks. Responsibilities include: assist in feeding and watering ranch horses, mowing and weed eating property, trimming hedges, spraying for weeds, flower bed maintenance, leaf removal, pressure washing, and other items as instructed by Ranch Manager.

This is a full-time, hourly position; hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, firm.

Candidate must have valid/current driver license and have full knowledge of maintenance/care - and proficient in the operations - of groundskeeping equipment including, but not limited to, the following:
