Charter Next Generation in Blythewood, SC is seeking an Experienced Quality Technician for night shift to inspect, test, and assure product quality. The role involves 12-hour nights (6:00pm – 6:00am) on a 2-2-3 schedule and requires basic mechanical aptitude and lab skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of quality experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools.
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Previous manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand visual defects of products.
• Perform visual checks of products.
• Understand physical tests and equipment.
• Use lab equipment and perform physical tests.
• Follow equipment procedures.
• Understand products and customer requirements.
• Verify and apply customer requirements and specifications.
• Complete paperwork and file appropriately.
• Understand retain samples and filing requirements.
• Perform tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
• Comply with Standards (BRC, ISO) and SOPs.
• Communicate non-conform and scrap materials.
• Conduct EASE audits as assigned.
