Boeing is seeking an Experienced Quality Systems Specialist to join the Global Services Quality Team in Hialeah, FL. The role focuses on aligning business strategy with execution, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with international standards and customer requirements.

You will prepare executive-level reports, coordinate cross-functional activities, and support change management, with a strong emphasis on data analysis, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in business, management, operations, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, project coordination, or related role.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Participates with stakeholders to develop preventive or corrective actions and implementation.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, teams, and leadership.
  • Conducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics, to continuously improve process capability.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps, and support mitigation planning.
  • Monitor progress on initiatives, deliverables, and action items.
  • Support process standardization, integration and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare executive level reports, presentations, and status updates for leadership.

Experienced Quality Systems Specialist to join our Quality Team in Hialeah, FL.

Position Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Operations, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, project coordination, process improvement, or a related role
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Data Analytics tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
