Will-Mor Manufacturing is an AS9100-approved organization in Southern NH, specializing in complex machining and fabrication for the Defense and Aerospace industries.
We are seeking a Quality Manufacturing Engineer to join our engineering team. This role acts as the interface between engineering and production.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and improve manufacturing processes, including process documentation, cycle time reduction, setup reduction, tool life, fixtures, and gauges.
- Determine MRB disposition and create rework instructions and corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with outside vendors to monitor and enhance performance.
- Implement continuous improvement projects, including 5S and lean initiatives.
- Proactively execute corrective and preventative actions with documented closure.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- Proficiency with CAM, solid modeling, and 2D drafting software; experience with Siemens NX is a plus.
- Knowledge of CNC machining, programming, cutting tools, and machine setup.
- Ability to read manufacturing drawings and understand GD&T.
- Knowledge of welding, brazing, heat treating, and plating is advantageous.
- A BS in mechanical or manufacturing engineering is preferred; on-the-job training will be provided.
