Will-Mor Manufacturing

Will-Mor Manufacturing is an AS9100-approved organization in Southern NH, specializing in complex machining and fabrication for the Defense and Aerospace industries.

We are seeking a Quality Manufacturing Engineer to join our engineering team. This role acts as the interface between engineering and production.

Key Responsibilities

1. Troubleshoot and improve manufacturing processes, including process documentation, cycle time reduction, setup reduction, tool life, fixtures, and gauges.
2. Determine MRB disposition and create rework instructions and corrective actions as needed.
3. Collaborate with outside vendors to monitor and enhance performance.
4. Implement continuous improvement projects, including 5S and lean initiatives.
5. Proactively execute corrective and preventative actions with documented closure.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• Proficiency with CAM, solid modeling, and 2D drafting software; experience with Siemens NX is a plus.
• Knowledge of CNC machining, programming, cutting tools, and machine setup.
• Ability to read manufacturing drawings and understand GD&T.
• Knowledge of welding, brazing, heat treating, and plating is advantageous.
• A BS in mechanical or manufacturing engineering is preferred; on-the-job training will be provided.
