Arcan-Capital is seeking an Experienced Property Manager to lead on-site operations across multiple Class A communities in Gulf Shores, AL. You will drive occupancy, optimize income, and manage a team to deliver exceptional resident services.

As a Property Manager, you are fully accountable for all property operations and serve as the leader of the on-site team — driving resident satisfaction, fostering a thriving community environment, and effectively coordinating activities and resources to meet property, owner, and company objectives. This includes maximizing occupancy and income, increasing property values, and controlling operating expenses while maintaining a quality product. This role is ideal for an experienced, results-driven leader who has managed large-scale, Class A communities and is comfortable overseeing multiple properties, including regular travel across the portfolio as needed. Our Property Managers are the cornerstone of the team: building motivated, trustworthy staff, training the Assistant Property Manager to step in during your absence, and keeping communities in excellent condition.

Regular travel between properties within the portfolio is required, and occasional out-of-state travel and overnight stays may also be required. The employee may occasionally need to transport or move up to 25 pounds across varying distances.
