Your role in our mission

• Support project progression to help clients achieve better health outcomes via technology and innovation.
• Lead large project management teams, breaking down complex programs and assisting with staffing.
• Oversee project planning, tracking, and execution, providing guidance to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Maintain communication with clients and internal teams, sharing project metrics and recommending adjustments.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and objectives to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Manage projects proactively, escalating risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to business growth by preparing detailed SOWs and supporting proposal development.

What we're looking for

• 9+ years of managing complex projects or programs, with 3+ years in Medicaid or Medicare preferred.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Catalyst or PMP.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, control methods, and project management software.
• Ability to translate broad program objectives into clear project scopes and milestones.
• Leadership skills to mentor junior colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills for clear idea presentation and stakeholder motivation.

The annual pay range is $92,900 - $132,700, with variations depending on region, experience, and other factors.
