PrintLink - Print & Packaging Recruiters' client, a full-service commercial printing company in the Philadelphia metro area, seeks an experienced Print Production Planner to oversee projects from specs through finish, mailing, and billing. Join a knowledgeable, collaborative team that supports offset sheetfed, digital, large-format, direct mail, bindery and finishing.

You will coordinate with Sales, Estimating, Production and Purchasing to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of diverse print

Qualifications

• Five+ years in print production planning or related role.
• Experience coordinating with Sales, Estimating, Production, Purchasing, and vendors.
• Ability to assess specs and optimize workflow for cost, timing, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead print production planning from specs to finishing, mailing, and billing.
• Coordinate requirements among Sales, Estimating, Production, Purchasing, customers, and vendors.
• Determine equipment and workflow that balance volume, timing, quality and cost.
• Collaborate with Estimating to identify cost-effective options.
• Partner with Production to develop realistic schedules and meet commitments.
• Plan job components, including materials, finishing, outside services, and direct mail.
