PAY

Guaranteed Total Earnings: $20-$22/hour DOE.

• Base Pay: $16.90/hour
• Tip makeup guarantees your total hourly earnings of $20-$22/hour.
• If tips don't bring you to your guaranteed hourly rate, Mini Kabob makes up the difference.
• Starting pay is based on experience and performance.
• High-performing team members may have opportunities for pay increases beyond this range based on performance, tenure, and overall contribution.

SCHEDULE

• Full‑Time
• Tell us your preferred schedule when you apply.
• • Thursday–Sunday: 6:30 AM – 1:30 PM
  • Monday–Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare vegetables, sauces, proteins, and other daily prep items.
• Set up stations before service.
• Wash dishes and keep cleaning cycles moving throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked kitchen.
• Support the line and team wherever needed.
• Follow recipes and food safety standards consistently.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous restaurant prep cook experience required.
• Experience with knife skills, food preparation, and kitchen organization.
• Able to work quickly and accurately in a fast‑paced kitchen.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented.
