Responsibilities

• Completes nursing assessment of patient conditions across age groups.
• Evaluates patient responses to care and discharges plans.
• Maintains patient safety and adheres to infection control procedures.
• Provides unit orientation and mentorship to students and new staff.
• Supervises and delegates nursing care to assigned team members.
• Collaborates with care team and families to implement care plans.
